• Posting any confidential information or any information that would infringe upon the proprietary, privacy or personal rights of any other individual, institution or company.

• Violating the PDSD acceptable use policy is prohibited.

All postings shall be of an informational nature and for informational purposes only. Commercial use or any other unauthorized use of PDSD Blogging Site is prohibited. Do not use the PDSD Blogging Site to solicit or conduct business, including but not limited to the direct or indirect marketing of any users' products or services in any manner. The PDSD Blogging Site may not be used to provide information, materials, products, or services in exchange for compensation of any kind.

In the event that any illegal or unauthorized posting or use of the PDSD Blogging is brought to PDSD's attention, including but not limited to prohibited posting and usage as outlined herein, PDSD will take appropriate action, as determined in its sole discretion as outlined in the PDSD disciplinary policy. PDSD reserves the right to terminate, without prior notice, access of any user of the PDSD Blogging Site who does not abide by these terms and conditions.

PDSD reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue the PDSD Blogging Site with or without notice, and shall not be liable to any party for such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
